Every producer you add multiplies the execution gap.
You gave your team a CRM. Half aren't using it. Your marketing process varies from producer to producer. Onboarding takes a quarter. Brand consistency is a myth. The Empower LO Platform Teams plan fixes all of it. If your business needs HighLevel built around your specific operation, see Custom Builds.
One LO Not Marketing Is a Problem.
Twenty LOs Not Marketing Is a Crisis.
As a leader, you know consistent marketing drives production. But the execution gap doesn't just affect individual producers, it compounds across your entire organization.
The Visibility Problem
You have fifteen producers. How many sent marketing last month? Which campaigns are running? Who's following up on leads? You have no idea, because there's no centralized view. You're managing by hope instead of data.
The Brand Consistency Problem
Every LO is creating their own content. One's using Comic Sans. Another's sending emails with your competitor's old logo. Your brand looks different on every producer's social page, website, and email signature. It's chaos.
The Onboarding Time Problem
A new hire joins and it takes 60–90 days before they're set up with a CRM, campaigns, a website, and marketing materials. Three months of production lost while they "get spun up." Meanwhile, they're cold-calling from a spreadsheet.
The Lead Distribution Problem
Inbound leads come in and sit in a queue. Or they go to whoever's fastest. Or they go to the same two people. There's no intelligent routing, no round-robin, no performance-based distribution. Good leads die in the gap.
Sound familiar? You're not alone. Every team leader we talk to describes some version of the same problem: the tools exist, but the execution doesn't scale. Adding more producers doesn't add more marketing, it adds more chaos.
We Don't Just Give Your Team Tools.
We Give Them a Running System.
Every producer on your team gets a fully-configured marketing platform from day one. Pre-built campaigns. Active automations. Branded assets. It all runs whether they touch it or not. And your team starts from consistent campaigns, permissions, and operating standards.
Built for How Teams Actually Operate
Everything your individual producers need, plus the management layer that makes it all visible and controllable.
Team Snapshot Management
Deploy pre-built marketing systems to every producer with one click. New hire? Import the team snapshot and they're live with campaigns, automations, and branding in hours, not months.
Advanced Lead Distribution
Route inbound leads automatically with round-robin, geographic, or performance-based rules. No more leads dying in a shared inbox. Every lead gets assigned, contacted, and tracked.
Brand Governance & Standards
Give producers a consistent starting point for campaigns, assets, routing, permissions, and onboarding while preserving the company rules that should not drift.
Brand Governance
Shared templates, approved assets, and locked brand elements ensure every piece of marketing your team sends looks like it came from a professional organization, because it did.
Team-Level LOS Integration
Connect your team's loan origination system at the organization level. Every producer's borrower updates, milestone notifications, and pipeline tracking, unified and automated.
Dedicated Account Manager
A single point of contact who knows your team, your goals, and your workflow. Not a ticket queue. A real person who picks up the phone and understands your business.
From First Call to Full Rollout
We don't just hand you logins and wish you luck. Here's how a team deployment actually works.
Discovery
We learn your team structure, production goals, existing tools, brand standards, and pain points. Every deployment is customized, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Configuration
Your team snapshot is built with your branding, campaigns, lead routing rules, LOS integrations, and administration standards. Every producer gets a configured account.
Rollout
Producers are onboarded in batches or all at once, your call. Each gets a guided setup session, database import, and their first campaigns activated. Most teams are fully live within two weeks.
Ongoing Management
Your account manager monitors adoption, reviews team performance, and identifies opportunities. Open Office Hours 3x/week give every producer access to live support. New hires get onboarded within days.

Questions buyers ask before they choose Empower Teams
Clear answers about fit, ownership, implementation, and what happens next.
What is the Empower LO Teams service?
Teams is the productized Empower LO platform deployed across a roster of producers inside Empower LO's white-labeled HighLevel environment. Each producer gets a configured mortgage CRM and marketing system, while leadership gets a shared operating layer for rollout, routing, brand standards, and support.
How is Teams different from buying several individual accounts?
The difference is the management layer. Teams adds coordinated onboarding, reusable account configuration, team-level lead routing, brand governance, team-level LOS support, and a dedicated account manager instead of treating every producer as an unrelated account.
How is Teams different from a Custom Build?
Teams is typically the more cost-effective option for organizations with fewer than 30 producers. It deploys the productized Empower LO system inside Empower LO's white-labeled HighLevel environment. A Custom Build uses a separate white-labeled HighLevel environment that the client pays for and owns, with the implementation designed around the client's workflows, governance, brands, and integration requirements. Producer count is a useful guide rather than a hard cutoff, so complexity and ownership requirements still matter.
Who owns the underlying white-labeled HighLevel environment?
With Teams, the service runs inside Empower LO's white-labeled HighLevel environment, which Empower LO owns and administers. With a Custom Build, the client pays for and owns its separate white-labeled HighLevel environment, while Empower LO designs and implements the agreed system. This distinction concerns the underlying platform environment, not ownership of the client's uploaded content and data.
Does every producer get a separate account?
Teams can be structured with individual producer subaccounts, a shared account, or a custom combination depending on how your company handles leads, branding, and permissions. We choose the structure during discovery rather than forcing every organization into the same model.
What can managers, processors, administrators, and loan officers see?
Permissions and account structure are defined during setup. Teams can use shared or separate producer accounts, and portal access can restrict billing or customer-request access by user. We document which roles can see contacts, conversations, pipelines, billing, and administrative settings before rollout.
How long does a team rollout take?
A standard team rollout may target roughly two weeks after all required access, producer information, branding, approvals, and configuration decisions are complete. We confirm the actual launch plan during discovery. Migrations, custom routing, integrations, compliance review, and phased onboarding can extend the schedule.
Can leads be distributed automatically?
Yes. Team setups can use round-robin, geography, source, or other approved routing rules. The exact rules depend on the account structure and available lead data. Routing should also include a plan for reassignment, inactive producers, and leads that do not match a rule.

Your Team's Marketing Should Scale as Fast as Your Roster.
Every producer you add without a running marketing system is another person sitting on an untapped database. Another person who "means to send that email" but never does. Another multiplication of the execution gap.
Empower LO was built to close that gap, at the individual level and across your entire team.
